INSTRUCTIONS
The NFTY in Israel application process requires that all of the forms on this page are completed, signed (when applicable) and returned to our office.
- All forms must be returned to our office no later than May 1, 2010.
- Please use black ink when completing forms.
- We strongly suggest that you make a copy of each form for your records. Every year SOME forms are lost in the mail.
- Please read the instructions for each form carefully for special notes/requirements.

You should have already paid a $500.00 deposit. An interim payment of $1000.00 is due by March 1. Full payment is due by May 1. All checks should be made out to NFTY in Israel.
